1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any educational services, mentorship programs, materials, videos, or content provided by Odyssey East Consultant LTD. (“the Company”), you (“the Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with registration or participation.
2. Educational Purpose Only – No Financial Advice
All content delivered through the Company’s website, mentorship program, videos, written materials, or any communication (live or recorded) is strictly for educational purposes only.
Neither Odyssey East Consultant LTD., Bassel Al Jamil, nor any affiliates, employees, or contractors provide:
- Financial advice
- Trading advice
- Investment recommendations
- Brokerage services
- Portfolio management services
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
- All trade decisions are their own.
- The Company is not liable for any financial decisions made by the Participant.
3. No Liability for Losses
Trading options, stocks, or any financial instrument carries inherent risk. Market losses can occur at any time.
The Participant agrees that the Company, its owner (Bassel Al Jamil), affiliates, and employees are not responsible or liable for:
- Any financial loss experienced in the market.
- Any loss resulting from misunderstanding, misapplying, or failing to follow the educational material.
- Any damages caused by volatility, market conditions, personal trading choices, or third-party advice.
The Participant fully understands that profit is not guaranteed and that loss is a realistic possibility when trading.
4. No Guarantee of Understanding
The Company makes no guarantee that:
- The Participant will understand the course material fully.
- The Participant will become profitable or successful.
- The Participant will develop skills that result in financial gain.
The Participant is solely responsible for:
- Reviewing materials thoroughly
- Asking questions when needed
- Practicing safely and responsibly
5. Protection Against Fraud and Impersonation
The Participant acknowledges that:
- Scammers or third parties may impersonate the Company or Bassel Al Jamil online.
- The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from interactions with fake accounts, fraudulent websites, or impersonators.
- The Participant must verify communication channels directly through official Company sources.
6. Intellectual Property Protection (Educational Materials)
All course materials—including but not limited to:
- Videos
- PDFs
- Images
- Screenshots
- Trade examples
- Recorded sessions
- Live session content
- Frameworks, strategies, or educational structures
—are the exclusive intellectual property of Odyssey East Consultant LTD.
Restrictions
The Participant may NOT:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Record
- Screenshot
- Share
- Publish
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Upload
- Provide access to
any educational material, paid content, or proprietary information.
Any unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program (without refund)
- Legal action
- Claims for financial damages, loss of business, and copyright infringement
7. Right to Refuse Service and Issue Refunds
The Participant agrees that:
- The Company reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to remove, ban, or expel any Participant from the program at any time, if deemed unfit for any reason.
- The Company may choose to issue a refund at its discretion but is not obligated to refund unless stated otherwise in writing.
- If removed due to misconduct, harassment, violation of rules, or redistribution of materials, refunds may be denied.
8. Participant Conduct
The Participant agrees to:
- Behave respectfully in all group chats, mentorship sessions, and communications.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow community guidelines and communication boundaries.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
9. No Warranty
The Company provides all materials and services “as is” without any warranty, including:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Completeness
- Market applicability
- Suitability for financial decision-making
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- This includes losses related to trading, software failures, misunderstandings, or perceived inaccuracies.
11. Privacy and Data Use
The Participant agrees that:
- The Company may collect their basic information (name, email, payment details) for account setup and communication.
- Personal information will not be sold or shared outside of the Company.
- Live sessions may be recorded for quality and educational enhancement.
12. Non-Guarantee of Lifetime Access
Access to materials, live sessions, or communication channels may be limited by:
- Program structure changes
- Platform changes
- Company decisions
The Company does not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated in writing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
14. Agreement
By signing below “or” digitally accepting these Terms during checkout or registration, the Participant acknowledges:
- They have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms.
- They understand the risks involved in trading.
- They agree the Company is not liable for losses or misunderstandings.
- They accept all intellectual property rules and restrictions.
- They understand refunds are at the Company’s discretion.
